At this time, payment card details are not collected through this website. If payments are introduced in future, you will be told which secure payment provider is used and how your details are processed.

I collect information when you:
• Book a session through Cal.com
• Contact me via the website, email, or other communication methods
• Visit and use the website (for example, through basic technical logs or analytics tools)
Some of this information is provided directly by you; some may be collected automatically through your use of the website (for example, IP address or browser information).
3. Why Your Data Is Used (Purposes and Legal Bases)

• Manage and administer bookings

4. Booking System – Cal.com
Bookings are managed via Cal.com, which acts as a data processor on my behalf. When you make a booking:
• Your booking information is stored in Cal.com and may be processed in the UK, EU, or United States, depending on their hosting arrangements.
• Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, Cal.com is required to have appropriate safeguards in place in line with UK GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised transfer mechanisms).

5. How Long Your Information Is Kept
I keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
• Basic booking and transaction records may be kept for up to 6 years to comply with tax and business record keeping obligations.
• Emails and coaching related correspondence may be kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you request deletion and there is no legal reason to keep them.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

I take appropriate steps to protect your personal information, including:
• SSL encryption (HTTPS) on the website
• Secure, reputable booking and email providers

Coaching discussions are treated with care and confidentiality, in line with my Terms of Service. In rare situations, confidentiality may need to be broken where there is a legal obligation or a serious safeguarding concern (for example, risk of harm to you or someone else).
9. Children's Data
Christ Centre Coaching is aimed at adults. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can delete it where appropriate.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or how the business operates. The most current version will always be available on this website.
